1. Who provides the service

Elite Academy Sp. z o.o. (a Polish limited liability company) with its seat in Poznań, ul. Engeströma 10, 60-571 Poznań, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS 0001271879 (District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register), NIP (tax ID) 7812119350, REGON 545925552 ("Elite Academy", "we").

2. What the service is

Elite Academy is a mobile app and a web console for youth football clubs. The club runs its teams, calendar, attendance, call-ups, match records, announcements and notifications in it. The coach records a note after the match, from which artificial intelligence extracts remarks for individual players; the player picks a goal for a training or a match and rates how it went.

The club signs a separate agreement with us. These terms apply to everyone who uses the app or the console: the club admin, the coach, the parent and the player. For parents and players the app is free of charge.

Payments. A club may show its fees in the app and take them through the payment provider Stripe (card, BLIK and other methods the club turns on) or by bank transfer to its own account. The money goes straight to the club; the club sets the amounts, due dates and refunds, and payment complaints go to the club. Elite Academy does not receive or hold money, takes no commission and does not see card details.

3. Who uses it and at what age

• The club admin, the coach and the parent are adults.
• A player aged 16 or over registers alone and accepts these terms alone.
• A player aged 14-15 gets their own login when the parent ticks it in the registration form or in the app; the parent accepts the terms on their behalf.
• A younger player uses the app through the parent's account and has no login of their own.

4. Accounts

An account is created when the club enrols you or when you fill in the registration form, which the club verifies. Nobody creates a club on their own. Adults sign in with an e-mail address and a password or with a Google, Apple or Facebook account; players with a username or an e-mail address and a password.

Login details are personal. On a shared phone the adult signs out before the child signs in. An account can be closed at any time (section 8).

5. Rules of use and content

Use the service only in connection with the football activity of your club. You must not: post content you have no rights to; insult, harass or discriminate; try to reach another person's or another team's data; probe security or download data automatically.

What you post (text, recordings, the club's crest) remains yours. You grant us a licence to store it and show it in the service only to the people the service provides for, for as long as the content is in the service. We do not use users' content in marketing and we do not sell it. A club's crest is added only by the club it belongs to.

Report content that should not be in the service to [email protected]. We respond within 2 working days; content about a child reported by their parent is removed at once.

6. Who sees data

Your data is seen only by the people in your club who need it: the coach sees their teams, the parent their child, the club admin their club. A coach's remark about a player is seen by the player, their parent and the coach. Nothing is visible to other teams or other clubs. There are no rankings and no ads. These rules are enforced in the database; no setting changes them.

7. Artificial intelligence

AI transcribes voice recordings into text; the coach reviews and sends the remarks for players drawn from their note. The recording is deleted right after transcription. AI does not rate, classify or select a child, makes no decision about anyone and does not learn from users' content.

8. Interruptions, changes, ending

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We announce changes that limit what a user can do in the app 14 days in advance.

You can leave at any time, without giving a reason: in the app (More → the card with your name → Delete account) or by e-mail to [email protected]. A player with their own login can delete it; the parent decides about a child under 16 staying in the club. This includes the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

We may suspend an account that breaches section 5, after a warning where the nature of the breach allows it. Our work with a club ends under the agreement with the club; on request we export the club's data and then delete it.

9. Liability and complaints

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. We are not responsible for users' content, subject to section 5.

Complaints: [email protected] or by post to the address in section 1. We reply within 14 days. This does not limit consumer rights, including the right to help from a consumer ombudsman and to out-of-court dispute resolution.

10. Law and changes to these terms

Polish law applies. The Polish version is binding; the English translation is for convenience. We announce changes to these terms that are unfavourable to users in the app and on the website 14 days in advance; such a change concerning a child's data is also e-mailed to the parent. Anyone who does not accept such a change can close their account before it takes effect. New features, clarifications and changes required by law take effect when announced in the app.
